Saraswati Puja was celebrated with great fervour on 10th February, 2019 at VKNRL School of Nursing. On the auspicious day, the students, Faculties and staff of VKNRL School of Nursing came together to seek the blessings of Maa Saraswati, the goddess of Knowledge, music, art and culture. The rituals started with tim Omkar & Mangalacharanam followed by Saraswati Vandana. Puja was offered by the students & faculties of the school along with pandit ji.

A manthan session was held at 11 am in the prayer hall. Mrs. Namita Chetri, Principal (i/c) stated briefly about the significance of the day followed by formation of groups of students and faculties. The topic for manthan was “Saraswati puja celebration: its impact and misconception”.  Puja was ended with prayer, where both the faculties and students join hands together with great Zeal and evoking the blessings of the goddess to have a successful academic and carrier growth.

Prasad and bhog was distributed to the guest, students, faculty and all other members of the school. The celebration ended with shanti mantra.
